Welcome at the website of the Dutch Society of Physiology.
The Society is open to all medical and animal physiologists. The aims of the Society are to maintain and if possible improve quality of teaching and research in Physiology. It does so, by organizing meetings, providing awards, transferring information and represent Dutch Physiologists in national and international organizations.

Ons bereikte het verdrietige bericht dat voormalig afdelingshoofd Fysiologie van de VU Prof. Dr. Antonius Knoop op 19 januari jl. is overleden.
Prof. Knoop was in 1962 de eerste promovendus van de afdeling Fysiologie van de VU en was van 1969-1994 hoofd van de afdeling Fysiologie.
Prof. Knoop is 82 jaar geworden.
Wij wensen zijn familie en vrienden veel sterkte bij dit verlies.
